Dr. Immaculée Mukatete

Dr. Immaculée Mukatete was born into a large family that was uprooted by the threat of violence and forced into poverty. Despite a fight with polio at a young age, she walked many kilometers to get to school, and her perseverance and the support of her father and family helped her receive not only a basic education but medical school training as well.Today she is one of the few female doctors in east Africa and a known medical advocate in the fight to eliminate AIDS. She has a passion to help children overcome their own hardships through education and she has a dream to break the cycle of poverty afflicting Rwandan children.

She is also the Founder and serves as Medical Director of Family Polyclinic – POLYFAM in the city of Kigali. She manages and coordinates activities of the clinic to provide quality health services by providing technical advice to the staff, dealing with patients and admission of patients, overseeing counseling services, and supervising laboratory tests to diagnose various diseases among community members.

Dr. Mukatete is member of the consultative partnership group called Great Lakes Initiative on AIDS (GLIA), Rwanda. She was nominated by the Council of Ministers – Rwanda as a member of the committee relating to contracts with the Rwanda Medical Insurance (RAMA).Dr. Mukatete was Medical Consultant for San Francisco Project and Emory University from2004 – 2005. This program enrolled couples to participate in the HIV/AIDS vaccination study sponsored by International AIDS Vaccination Initiative (IAVI). In collaboration with National AIDS Control Commission (CNLS) she coordinated a research project on the evaluation of care and treatment of children infected and affected by HIV and AIDS in thirty districts of Rwanda.

Dr. Mukatete is one of the co-Founders and President of Faith Victory Association (FVA) -Kigali, Rwanda. Dr. Mukatete oversees the operation of FVA to ensure its policies are in line with community needs and the impact on women and children meets the mission of the foundation. Immaculée lives with her husband of 19 years, Sandrali and their six beautiful children in Kigali, Rwanda, Africa.

Sandrali Sebakara

Sandrali Sebakara is the President and CEO of CAEDEC (www.caedec.com), a registered consulting firm offering professional services in Architecture, Planning, Interior Design and Engineering. The firm was established in 1995. Over the years Sandrali has served a wide range of Public and Private Sector clients in Rwanda, Guinea, Burkina Faso, Tanzania and The Democratic Republic of Congo.

Sandrali was the chief architect for the Kigali Memorial Centre, a renowned memorial to the 1994 genocide, which is visited by millions of people from around the world. He is also the founder and President of RNDP (Rebuilding the Nations on Divine Principles), an international leadership development organization.

His years of experience in architecture, business and management provide him significant expertise and knowledge of consulting services. Sandrali is an entrepreneur, business consultant and international speaker and is fluent in English, French, Swahili, and Kinyarwanda. He travels extensively to developing nations to speak in the areas of Kingdom entrepreneurship and discovering one’s leadership gifts.

Sandrali is one of the Co-Founders of Faith Victory Association and is currently Vice-President of the organization. His company is involved in the architectural design and construction of “FAITH VILLAGE” and is a major contributor to FVA. He has a passion and desire to see children’s lives grow through education and he encourages young people to become future leaders.

Sandrali and his wife Immaculée have been married for 19 years, have six lovely children and reside in Kigali, Rwanda, Africa.

David Ormesher

David Ormesher is an entrepreneur working in the private enterprise, social enterprise, and not-for-profit sectors.

David provides leadership and direction for closerlook, inc., a strategic marketing agency serving healthcare (www.closerlook.com). As founder and CEO, Ormesher has taken closerlook from a small, creative media boutique and grown it into a recognized leader in creating innovative relationship marketing solutions that change the way healthcare is bought, sold, and delivered. Ormesher was recently recognized as one of the Top 100 Most Inspiration Leaders in the Healthcare Industry.

Since founding the company in 1987, Ormesher has created a rich, cohesive culture at closerlook by maintaining a hands-on approach to building client success and sustaining lasting account relationships. David has guided the growth and evolution of the firm, attracting a world-class team of account strategy, user experience, design, technology, and relationship marketing services experts.

Ormesher is a frequent speaker at healthcare conferences and is a recognized thought leader in the areas of interactive and relationship marketing.

In addition to his entrepreneurial business leadership, Ormesher also serves as president on several non-profit boards. He is a founder and serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Global Relief and Development Partners (GRDP), a social enterprise that is building the capacity of high-potential entrepreneurs in emerging economies (www.grdpartners.org), starting in Rwanda.

Ormesher also leads the board of directors of i.c.stars (www.icstars.org), an innovative business and leadership training social enterprise for inner city youth, and is president of the Guild Board of Directors of the Lyric Opera of Chicago. He is also an adjunct professor at the IIT Stuart Graduate School of Business where he teaches Customer Relationship Management.

Ormesher is married with three children and makes his home in Chicago, Illinois.
