FLOWII Project is implemented by FVA in partnership with ActionAid Rwanda and one of the project outcomes is to ensure that By the end of 2020 women’s unpaid care work (UCW) is more highly valued within households, communities and government, more evenly distributed within households and hours spent by women on UCW is reduced, resulting in more free time for women to engage in social, economic and political activities .
